Most items will be upgraded to ship via FedEx 2-day air at no additional cost.
Orders Between 50–150 lbs.
FedEx Ground Rates
Construction Parts ships products worldwide and provides competitive rates.
Orders Over 150 lbs.
LTL Freight
Freight quotes from XPO and R+L Carriers will be generated.

---Returns Policy
90-Day Return Policy
We accept authorized returns within 90 calendar days from the delivery date. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Items must not be disassembled, mounted, modified, or damaged due to incorrect installation. We are not responsible for labor, towing, or additional repair expenses.
If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at 253-255-1775.
Non-returnable items include:
- Special order parts
- Custom made parts
- Used parts
- Modified parts
Note: Electrical parts are not returnable if opened or installed.

To start a return, call 253-255-1775 (Mon–Fri, 8am–4:30pm PST).
Please provide:
- Customer name
- Phone number
- Order or PO number
- Part number(s)
- Reason for return
Shipping instructions will be emailed once the request is processed.
---Freight Charges
Return freight is the customer’s responsibility unless due to manufacturer defect or our error.
---Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 24–48 business hours after inspection. Credit may take 1–7 days to appear depending on your bank.
---Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled but may be returned per policy.

---Additional Shipping Information
Shipping charges are non-refundable for cutting edges, attachments, and special orders.
Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
---Delivery Timeframe
Most orders ship within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days for standard packages.
---Truck Freight
Large items ship via truck freight and may take 10–14 business days.
---Overnight & 2-Day Shipping
Available for select items at checkout. Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM PST.
---Damaged Shipments
Inspect all shipments upon delivery. Report issues immediately to avoid additional charges.
---Risk of Loss
All shipments are FOB shipping point. Ownership transfers when the carrier receives the goods.
