H&L includes more than one retention arrangement. The 23/230 Flexpin family commonly uses horizontal retention, while other families use different arrangements. Do not select a tooth by pin direction alone. Send the tooth marking, a rear-pocket photo and the adapter number when available.

General-purpose or long points suit many everyday digging jobs; penetration profiles concentrate force, while heavier abrasion profiles provide more wear material. Availability depends on the confirmed size and system. A wider or sharper tip does not change the adapter interface.
