Replacement Carrier Rollers and Upper Rollers
Carrier rollers support the upper run of the track chain and help control track sag and alignment. A worn or seized upper roller can increase drag, disturb tracking, and add stress to chains, sprockets, idlers, and related components.
Carrier Roller Applications
- Hydraulic excavators and mini excavators
- Crawler dozers and loaders
- Other steel-track equipment with upper support rollers
Use the undercarriage parts hub to review adjacent components. Some machines use different carrier roller designs by model, serial range, mounting position, or track-frame configuration.
Confirm the Correct Upper Roller
Provide the equipment make, model, serial number, mounting dimensions, flange style, and photos through the Part Finder. Include any readable casting or part numbers.
Keep the Upper Track Run Supported
Check Alignment, Seals, and Rotation
Inspect carrier rollers for oil leaks, flange wear, bearing play, uneven contact, and restricted rotation. Compare both sides of the machine and check track tension when diagnosing recurring wear.
